Yes. A minimum 2-hour interval is required after the previous trip ends to allow time for vehicle inspection and preparation. In some cases, a 24–48 hour interval may be required depending on scheduling and availability.
Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
Yes! We offer the following rental discounts:
5% off – 3-day rentals
10% off – 7-day rentals
15% off – 15-day rentals
20% off – 30-day rentals
Rent 6 days and get the 7th day free
Promotions may vary based on availability.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes. A $250 refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking.
What is the shortest and longest rental duration allowed?
Minimum rental: 2 days
Maximum rental: No limit
Renters may extend their reservation based on availability.
How are sales tax, coupons, and additional fees applied?
All rentals are subject to 8.38% sales tax.

How many miles are included with the rental?
Each rental includes 250 miles per day.
Additional mileage is charged at $0.35 per mile.
What are your standard business hours?
We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
What delivery locations do you offer, and what are the fees?
We offer delivery within a 30-mile radius, including airports and local locations.
Within 30 miles: $25 delivery fee
Extended delivery within the service area: $50 delivery fee

What are the allowed pick-up and return times?
Pick-up and return times are scheduled on a case-by-case basis.

Do you allow pick-ups and returns outside business hours?
Yes. Pick-ups and returns outside standard hours are allowed with advance notice.
Are there any important extra details renters should know?
Additional fees may include:
Prepaid Fuel Option: $55
Refueling Fee: $15 + cost of fuel
Late Return Fee: $25 per day
Vehicle Retrieval Fee: $100
Do you offer additional equipment or services?
No additional equipment or services are offered at this time.
What are the charges for exceeding the included mileage?
Mileage exceeding the daily allowance is charged at $0.35 per mile.
What is the cost for an additional driver?
Additional drivers may be added for $25 per driver, provided they meet rental qualifications and are listed on the rental agreement.
What are the penalties or fees for smoking in the vehicle?
🚭 Absolutely no smoking is allowed (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vapes, etc.).
Any evidence of smoking will result in a $200 cleaning fee.
Are there any fees associated with EZ Pass or toll usage?
Yes. Renters are fully responsible for all tolls incurred during the rental period.
Is there a cleaning fee? Under what conditions is it charged?
Vehicles are provided clean and should be returned in similar condition.
Cleaning fees may apply as follows:
Minor Cleaning: No charge
Extremely Dirty: $200
Filthy Condition: $300+ depending on detailing required
